Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, you will leverage new technologies and features of programmatic retail marketplaces to enhance campaign strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is vital, working closely with account managers, creative teams, and data analysts to ensure seamless campaign execution.
The role includes providing clients with detailed reports and insights, showcasing campaign performance, optimizations made, and growth opportunities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and relationship-building abilities are crucial for managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.

 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Manage and execute media programmatic campaigns using Amazon DSP, ensuring successful campaign delivery and performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop comprehensive programmatic advertising strategies to meet client goals and drive optimal results.
  • Optimize campaign performance by monitoring key metrics, conducting data analysis, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising to continually enhance campaign strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams, and data analysts, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of programmatic campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to clients, showcasing campaign performance, optimizations made, and opportunities for further growth;
  • Stay informed about the latest developments and features of Amazon DSP and other relevant DSP platforms to leverage new capabilities for campaign success.
  • Conduct performance reviews of programmatic campaigns and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Continuously assess, refine, and optimize full-funnel programmatic strategies to maximize client profitability and ROI across all stages of the customer journey.
  • Lead and manage a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
    Plan and organize team workflows, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely project delivery.

 

We Need a Person With:

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Completed degree in Advertising or related fields.
  • Understanding of performance metrics for programmatic media.
  • Strong experience with DSPs (Demand Side Platforms).
  • Experience with Excel/Sheets projects.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset capable of developing reports and insights to increase client profitability.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Amazon advertising ecosystem, including familiarity with Amazon Sponsored Ads and other advertising platforms;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable to effectively convey complex concepts and campaign performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including account managers, creative teams, and data analysts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing campaign requirements and client needs;.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams in programmatic advertising or digital marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and developing team members.
