Responsible for managing and developing assigned accounts in a consultative and strategic manner. As well as ensuring long-term relationships and identifying the main needs of each client, providing guidance and providing a correct approach to the internal operation, with the purpose of guaranteeing the business achievements of all of our clients.

 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Works together with account managers, to detect the client's particular needs and requirements, in order to achieve optimal account development.
  • Develops and manages timelines, defines and tracks tasks, dependencies, priorities and milestones.
  • Monitors budgets, establishes project plans and processes to avoid and/or resolve scope creep, budget overages or efficiency issues.
  • Facilitates communication between internal teams and clients whenever necessary.
  • Leadership of Account Manager Team, providing periodic feedbacks and guidance.
  • Customer service – Maintains an excellent long-term relationship. Develops of strategies to build loyalty and retention.
  • Supervises and monitors the correct execution of processes and presentation of results to the client, ensuring that the necessary detailed information is provided and thus objectives are achieved and the objectives established in the agreement between the company and the client are met.
  • Understands the commercial objective of our clients – deep diving and investigating their market, trends and target.
  • Guides directly supervised teams by establishing performance goals, providing periodic and detailed feedback on labor performance, as well as coordinating meetings to achieve professional development objectives.
  • Management of administrative processes.
  • Fosters and promotes an empathetic and respectful culture between the Operations team and guarantees effective interaction between the different areas that make up Macarta, permeating this dynamic in a regional way in the projects and requirements that demand it.
  • Tells the story behind customer KPIs, confidently interpreting trends and making recommendations based on Amazon digital marketing analytics.
  • Requests monthly billing from customers.

 

We Need a Person With:

  • Have completed or in progress of Marketing degree or related fields.
  • Fluent English: proficiency to discuss, write and carry out presentations.
  • Analytical skills capable to identify and anticipate for opportunities, increasing customer profitability.
  • Intermediate Excel to handle functions like Vlookup and pivot table etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capable to adapt to changing campaign requirements and client needs.
  • Previous experience in account management or sales.
  • 5+ experience as people manager leading teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams in search and/or performance teams.
  • Experience with E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Retail Media and/or Performance Media, will be a plus.
  • Extremely organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop teams, establishing a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
  • Capable of working in a dynamic environment and handling multiple priorities.


What We Consider as a Plus:

  • Spanish language skills is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
  • Experience with project management programs.
  • Experience with Marketplace campaigns.
  • Amazon/ Mercado Livre Certifications.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Shopping.
