We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team within the e-commerce and retail media market. As a BDR, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and will be responsible for generating leads through targeted prospecting efforts, including cold outreach, networking events, online platforms, and obtaining referrals. Engaging with prospective clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, retail media needs are key areas to be performed with creativity and perseverance routinely. The main goal of this position is to provide support to the Sales Manager and contribute to the company’s growth.
What You'll Do Here:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify decision makers within the targeted accounts through sales tools, mailings, and LinkedIn. Then, engage with the decision-makers through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry networking.
- Effectively vet and qualify new inbound leads to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sales activities.
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager with market research, prospect analysis, and proposal development to facilitate the successful closure of the sale.
- Initiate and conduct proactive call and email campaigns designed to follow up with prospects who have shown interest in doing business with the company.
- Presentations & Reports: Build compelling presentations, reports, and audits for potential clients using data-driven insights.
- Event & Networking Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand business opportunities.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain and update sales pipelines using HubSpot, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, account management, and operations teams to align efforts and enhance client acquisition strategies.
We Need a Person With:
- Bachelor completed in Sales, Administration, Advertising and /or Marketing fields.
- Advanced English: proficiency to discuss, write and carry out compelling business presentations.
- Intermediate — Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with performance marketing KPIs.
What we consider as a plus:
- Spanish language skills.
- Experience in the commercial area.
- Knowledge of commercial methodologies.
- Previous experience in Digital Media and its main vehicles.
- Prior experience with Google Ads.
